Capability 02
A game can work technically and still be a production risk.
I look beyond whether a feature runs. Milestones, scope, documentation, platform requirements, accessibility and delivery constraints all shape whether a project is genuinely ready to move forward.
Production readiness is part of quality.
I want requirements to be current, dependencies understood, workloads realistic and platform constraints visible early enough for the team to respond. Catching those pressures early makes it much easier to have a calm, practical conversation about what comes next.
What I look for
I consider milestone risk, GDD and pitch clarity, platform and engine compatibility, accessibility and subtitle needs, localisation and territory requirements, workload pressure, dependencies and the places where a technically possible feature can still create delivery risk.
